Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors entering our Kansas City office.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls with efficiency and a positive attitude.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage the front desk, and assist with basic data entry and filing.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting rooms, manage calendars, and assist with appointment scheduling for staff members.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and promptly order or restock office supplies and amenities.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-office role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Availability: Must be available for a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
