Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations professionally, greeting all visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering and routing telephone calls and managing email correspondence promptly.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate electronic and physical records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Process invoices and handle basic cashier duties for the office as required.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
