Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
- Prepare, compose, and proofread a variety of business correspondence, including emails, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick and accurate information retrieval.
- Process incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and take minutes during virtual and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and special initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with project management software or CRM systems is highly desirable.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.
