Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and direct visitors warmly, answer phones professionally, and manage the front desk area to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing the company calendar.
- Communication: Relay messages accurately and screen incoming calls to ensure efficient communication within the company.
- Office Management: Monitor inventory of office supplies and order new stock as needed; handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments and preparing conference rooms for internal and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with standard office equipment.
