Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, managing the front desk operations seamlessly.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals with a high level of courtesy and accuracy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers and deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized digital and physical records.

Qualifications
