Responsibilities
- Accurately input, maintain, and update critical data into company databases and spreadsheets
- Manage digital and physical filing systems for optimal document retrieval
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and expense tracking
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications
- Support department heads with administrative projects and special assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with data entry focus
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 99.5% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-driven environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
