Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
- Communication: Answer and screen incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and transfer to the correct department.
- Scheduling: Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders to clients and staff.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Administrative Support: Handle data entry, prepare meeting packets, and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors with directions or inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-office role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
