Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing company calendars.
- Process incoming mail and distribute it appropriately.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism.
- Support the administrative team with general office duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
