Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems professionally, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Data Entry Excellence: Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a strict focus on accuracy, speed, and confidentiality.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are easily retrievable.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders to clients and staff.
- Communication: Draft and proofread emails, memos, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- General Admin: Assist with office errands, supply management, and other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Proven experience in reception, administrative support, or data entry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Typing: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and a customer-service oriented attitude.
