Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients with a professional demeanor and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information, sales data, and inventory records into our CRM and database systems.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, screen and direct them to the right personnel, and take detailed messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail, handle incoming and outgoing packages, and manage the organization of the physical office.
- Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for the management team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate filing systems (both digital and physical) and ensure all documents are easily retrievable.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a general administrative role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with data entry software.
- Typing: Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35 WPM) are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in business or administration is a plus.
- Attributes: Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
