Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls with a professional demeanor.
- Perform high-accuracy data entry tasks into our CRM and internal databases.
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and memos as requested.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Fast typing speed (40+ WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
