Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors entering the office.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, ensuring messages are relayed accurately and promptly.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage the company calendar, and assist with basic data entry and filing.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including arranging furniture, refreshments, and audio-visual equipment.
- Visitor Management: Sign in guests and ensure security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business or administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office support role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
