Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, directing them to their destination.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle incoming inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department manager.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and prepare refreshments for internal and external meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an office support role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy office environment.
