- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with meticulous tracking
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional presentation standards
- Assist with basic office supply inventory and procurement requests
- Support HR functions with new hire onboarding paperwork processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years professional receptionist or customer service experience
