Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor at the front desk.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Screen and route email inquiries, scheduling appointments as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support tasks.
- Coordinate with team members in both Maryland and Pennsylvania to ensure seamless communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a professional appearance.
