Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and warm demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including answering multi-line phones and routing calls efficiently.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.

- Act as the point of contact for visitors and vendors while maintaining a secure front desk.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front-desk role is preferred.
