Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call handling and transfer protocols
- Greet visitors, screen appointments, and coordinate access to secure areas
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy
- Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement requests
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and common area organization
- Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate AV equipment setups
- Support administrative tasks including document scanning and filing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and customer service skills
