Responsibilities

- Support executive teams with calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital records using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room setup and catering arrangements
- Assist with basic accounting tasks including invoice processing and expense reports
- Contribute to special projects as directed by department managers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
