Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for department heads
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for confidential client records
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor invoices using QuickBooks
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and community partners
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate logistics for community events and workshops (50-100 attendees)
- Assist with new hire onboarding and office supply inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in nonprofit or public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask competing priorities with strict deadlines
- High level of discretion handling sensitive information
- Associates degree or equivalent administrative certification preferred
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and QuickBooks a plus
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional off-site errands
