- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Support department heads with administrative tasks and project coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of office administration or support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
