Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications (calls, emails, correspondence) and provide prompt responses
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain appointment systems
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for efficient record-keeping
- Assist with event planning, travel arrangements, and logistical coordination
- Support departmental projects by conducting research and compiling data
- Manage office inventory, procurement of supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Act as primary point of contact for weekend staff inquiries and support needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support or office coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
