Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors and clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support tasks.
- Coordinate weekend meeting schedules and maintain the office calendar.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all visitors and employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or office support role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
