Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional etiquette and call routing
- Greet visitors warmly and coordinate access to office spaces
- Maintain digital and physical reception areas with impeccable organization
- Coordinate calendars and manage meeting logistics for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages efficiently
- Assist with basic administrative tasks (scheduling, data entry, filing)
- Support office supply inventory and vendor coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
