- Greet visitors warmly and coordinate meeting room reservations
- Perform accurate data entry for client records and inventory systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional data entry skills with 10,000+ keystrokes accuracy
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Professional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) a plus
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
