Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms.
- Phone Management: Answer multi-line phones with a professional tone, screen calls, and take accurate messages.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Communication: Coordinate internal communications and assist with internal correspondence.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Mail & Supplies: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and manage office supply inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
