Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional professionalism and efficiency
- Greeter and visitor coordination, including badge issuance and appointment scheduling
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Perform basic clerical tasks: data entry, document management, and filing
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance requests
- Support administrative team with projects and event coordination
- Maintain clean, organized reception area and common spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
