Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and transfer protocols
- Greets visitors warmly, provides direction, and manages visitor registration
- Coordinate mail distribution, package tracking, and office supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Maintain immaculate reception area appearance and conference room bookings
- Assist with basic office support functions as needed by the team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments with composure
- Professional appearance and positive, service-oriented demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
