Responsibilities
- Manage professional phone system, including call screening, transferring, and taking detailed messages
- Greet and assist all visitors with warmth and efficiency, ensuring exceptional first impressions
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages, including coordination with couriers
- Maintain clean, organized reception area and common spaces
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and basic office supply inventory
- Act as primary point of contact for building facilities maintenance requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience required
