Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Managing multi-line phone system and routing calls
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Performing light administrative tasks (data entry, filing)
- Maintaining a clean, organized reception area
- Assisting with office supply inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Punctual with reliable attendance
- Positive, professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans area preferred
