Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call routing, mail handling, and visitor greeting
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting room bookings, and equipment reservations
- Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with onboarding processes including badge preparation and orientation scheduling
- Maintain clean, organized reception areas and common spaces
- Support event coordination and catering arrangements for office functions
- Collaborate with team members on cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing reception or administrative role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Professional appearance and polished telephone etiquette
