- Coordinate office calendars and meeting logistics for 15+ executives
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital filing systems
- Assist with vendor coordination and basic administrative tasks
- Support team coordination during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
