Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Manage and maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and edit internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the executive calendar.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration and data entry roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
