- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including filing documents and updating databases with precision.

- Document Preparation: Prepare internal reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and provide general information to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office setting or administrative role is a plus but not mandatory.
