- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the executive team.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoicing.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately while maintaining a professional reception area.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
