Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence, including email and phone inquiries, with a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing agendas.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of company documents.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expense reports and tracking invoices.
- Support office events and team activities by coordinating logistics and materials.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
