Responsibilities
- Perform high-speed, accurate data entry into our CRM and database systems.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a professional demeanor.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support the office manager with scheduling and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
