Responsibilities
- Front Office Operations: Manage the reception area, answer incoming calls, screen visitors, and distribute mail efficiently.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and remind team members of upcoming deadlines.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical files, ensuring data confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Vendor Coordination: Handle basic logistics for weekend events or facility maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative support or office management (1+ years preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
