- Greet and assist visitors and clients with a welcoming demeanor.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos and reports.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or administrative training is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar clerical role.
