Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform light data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and manage the calendar effectively.
- Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and office supply management.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure a seamless office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
