Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and meetings with stakeholders across 3 states
- Implement digital filing systems ensuring 100% compliance with data security protocols
- Act as primary point of contact for external partners and internal team communications
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification required
- 3+ years administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Must be available to work 25 hours/week with flexible scheduling needs
