Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using digital calendars.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and assist with basic accounting software.
- Order and track office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or previous administrative training is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or office assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
