Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Communication: Handle incoming emails and phone calls with professionalism, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems for company records.
- Office Support: Order and maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors and provide exceptional service to clients and vendors.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
