Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Prepare and distribute internal correspondence, memos, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and prepare necessary meeting materials.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, and ensure strict data confidentiality.
- Assist with the procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships to ensure office operations run smoothly.
- Provide comprehensive support to management with ad-hoc projects and special event coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, reception, or office management roles.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
