Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls with precision.
- Screen and route incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and deliveries.
- Organize and digitize physical files to ensure efficient data retrieval and compliance.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense reports and invoice processing.
- Greet visitors and guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years minimum) as an Administrative Assistant or in an office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
