Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence to ensure timely responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos and external communications.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and data entry.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk support to maintain a professional company image.
- Perform general office duties, including restocking supplies and maintaining a clean workspace.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
