Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee the daily operation of the front office, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team using Google Calendar and Outlook.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems; perform regular data entry tasks to ensure database integrity.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure the office is fully equipped.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
