Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Expertly manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel itineraries with precision.
- Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and edit professional emails, reports, and presentations ensuring a polished brand image.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone and email, routing messages efficiently.
- Office Operations: Maintain an organized filing system, manage data entry tasks, and handle inventory for office supplies.
- Event Coordination: Organize and logistics for internal meetings, including room setups, catering, and presentation materials.
- Visitor Relations: Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service to represent our company professionally.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative support or office management roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-30 hours per week) as needed.
