Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls, screen visitors, and handle incoming email correspondence.
- Perform data entry, file management, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Process invoices and assist with basic accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
