While our corporate headquarters are in Pennsylvania, our Houston branch is a vital part of our local network.

Responsibilities
- Manage and route incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, client appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office.
- Assist with office inventory management and vendor coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients at the Houston location.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet access and ability to commute to the Houston office as needed.
