Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and inquiries, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements while maintaining an accurate and conflict-free calendar.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist in data entry tasks, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Coordinate internal team events and prepare meeting materials.
- Provide general office support, including greeting visitors and managing front desk duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and availability for a set part-time schedule.
